Why Nexus
Strategies, policies, programmes and systems matter. They set direction, allocate resources and make ambition legible. But change ultimately happens through people.

Confidential Counselling
Independent, confidential support for people who need to talk something through before deciding what — if anything — they want to do next. The conversation belongs to the person, not to the process.
An external confidential counsellor for employees, volunteers and members — independent of line management and internal processes. Joachim is an LVV-certified Confidential Counsellor in the Netherlands.

Behind Nexus
Nexus Impact Consulting was founded by Joachim Hendrik Ramakers, drawing on more than two decades of international experience across humanitarian action, development, crisis response, programme management and organisational change — including work with UNDP, the Netherlands Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity International and SNV.
